let the cliches roll

someone to lean on; a little help from my friends; there is no i in team; i’ll be there for you…take your pick.  i don’t know if i have ever depended on my team more than i did this week.  the quick run down – monday i have serious car trouble so i have to get in to the office later and need a ride from a team member to get back to the dealership.  wednesday – i forget my laptop and a team member runs back to the office to grab it for me.  thursday –  i wake up with an awful left eye so one team member starts my training, one team member gets the two other team members up to speed so they can finish it off.  in short i’ve been a fairly disruptive force this week and i feel awful about it.  not that anyone really does, but i hate to be an inconvenience others and that seems to be all i’ve done this week.  not lots of time to sing their praises, but i did not to file an official shoutout to the people who have really picked me up this week.  hope friday is a breeze.

    It’s a pleasure and honor to be a part of your team.

    We all have those days – some times too often! It’s called being “normal” and who desires anything else? AFter all, I would not want to be known as a person that is totally self-sufficient. It wouldbe tough to keep that act up. Thanks for reminding us that you are normal – and so are we!

    Dan, it seems like I’ve had a YEAR like that!!
    My husband says its being out of sync with the universe. Thank God we have people in our lives to help us make it through those times.
